*how does your immediate family feel about your job
*has your job changed you as a person at all? have u seen changes in others in your time in the industry?
everyone has a story to tell, i believe yours will be more interesting than most. I work in the nite club industry, & my time here has DEFINITELY opened my eyes about a LOT of things. the friends i had before i began this job descibe me very differently than the friends ive gain since, in terms of the type of friend i am. how would your friends describe you? those you had before strip, & now?
I am VETY proud of you, Brook!!!!!! VERY!!!!
I have questions! And I would love a interview from you.
ilovealantillman@yahoo.com

How do you find balance between your life and what goes on at the club [the fantasy world]?
Congrats on the book I will be gettin it when it comes out!
my question is, do you take on an alter ego or channel another part of yourself when you're working?
wow, where to start?
i'd say i wanna know about what moment in your life caused you decided stopped saying "love" and go with "l-ve" instead. and what career dreams did you have before deciding that strip was the best option for you.
Congrats Brook!!! You're very intelligent and You deserve it... Now share your wit with the World.
**What's a good acne treatment
**Would you date a man if you knew they were in a relationship already.
**do the Pros out weigh the cons or vice versa in the strip industry

one question could be - what are essential characters you think every woman should have - expound on each and how they'll take her to success in career, relationships, etc.
congrats again!
so exciting. i can't wait.

and thanks for letting me randomly vent at any given moment, providing me with constructive criticism and being empathetic to whatever i might have been going through simultaneously.
#teambrook. hehe.
love you girl.
much CONGRATS on your publishing. im sure your book will be a GREAT SUCCESS.
maybe you could do a section/segment on how we as women make such a BIG SCENE of breakin' up w a guy who WAS NEVER WORTH our time. as if we're LITERALLY dying. & maybe how we could not make such an OPERA of it.
Congrats Brook. That's such a BIG deal. I must say its so inspiring to see you on the verge of living out one of your dreams. Best of luck to you and many blessings.
Now on to the question...alright whether it be on twitter or in your blog you often state that you suffer from social anxiety, so I'm hoping you can help me with this even if its just a little. I'm pretty much stuck in my life, not because of lack of passion or initiative, but because I'm paralyzed by social phobia. It's very disheartening for me because it's to a point where I have to coach myself to make phone calls or walking into a restaurant to pick up a to-go order causes me to sweat profusely from anxiety. I'm sure someone is reading this and thinking "get this bitch some self esteem" but by all accounts I have great self esteem and think highly of myself both physically and interally. No one knows this about me really. I was even considering posting this anonymously, but decided otherwise. Seeking psychological help would be my first and best option, which I have in the past for other mental disorders that I have suffered from. However, that was at a time when I had health insurance and with no longer having that "luxury" I can not afford to seek the treatment that is probably necessary.
I know you're not a doctor and you can not give out medical advice. However, I just want to know what you do to cope? Do you even cope? I'm assuming that because of the industry that you're in that for the most part you have it under control to some degree...so how do you manage to control your social anxiety and not let it control you? Any tips or tricks would be helpful honestly. Thanks.
Congrats Brook!!!! I know your going to do great on your book!! I follow you on twitter and I enjoy reading all of your tweets, you tell it like it is. We need more people in the world like you. Kudos Babe!!!
IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU BROOK!!!! I cant wait for the book.
congratulations.
seriously, since i started reading your blogs like a month ago i was inspired. like you, all i ever wanted to do was write & with your book deal, i see now that it is more than possible to accomplish my own goals of becoming a screenwriter/author. you are an inspiration & anybody that tells you any different. is just hating. keep up the good work.
no questions for now..but.....GO BROOKYY..GO BROOKY!
you better get it. ;]
wow love or should i say l-ve your blog and l-ve your twits even more. I so admire your honestly and openness. wish you all the success in the world CONGRATS!
congratss to you ! will be purchasing a copy. :))
Heres my question:
what advice would you give to young women who are trying to make it in the entertainment industry. or just any young women in general. like, if you knew then what you know NOW what do you wish someone had told you.
xoxo
Tatum.
Im so excited for you. Your hard work and ability to be true to yourself has paid off. Thanks for being you.
Ok my question is complicated; What is happiness, how do you achieve it? How or what can a woman do to get into the magical place of being satisfied and content.
You and I are from the same area and around the same age. And at 28 Im not content and not really blissfully happy. Give me some insight Ms. M. Yana
Congrats chica! iv been reading ur blog almost since the beginning, commenting when i see fit & following u on Twitter. u keep it real in ur blog posts & u crack me up on Twitter. u deserve this! i can't wait til the book comes out cuz i'll definitely support & buy a copy. i'm sure it will be money well spent ;o)

-question-
Brooky while following your blog and twitter I've come upon your well known term "SP"... I think many take this term out of context... By this I mean, they think of a "SP" as just someone who solely provides financial support when needed.. a person who is willing to buy the high-end items.. fancy dinners...and spurge whenever you want them to. When I first came upon the term i giggled, but thought to myself ehhh I don't want an "SP" ..GRANTED IT SOUNDS GREAT.. but i want more then that..I want all of that PLUS the relationship.. lol i know greedy.. As time passed and actually getting the chance to see more into your insight and just your general uncanny way to look at things.. we had a tweet conversation about how a "SP" is more then financial support when needed... he or she can also be deeper then that.. from our convo your point of view was, the "SP is the bff, they'll always be there.." At that moment I realized I could relate to the term and in fact already had one... That person that no matter what good or bad... they will always be there for you and yes they also do things that benefit you financially, but more importantly.. they're that rock or umbrella in the mist of a storm... so with that said my question is... What do you do when you think its time to let go of the SP in that context... When you still want them as your bff, but separating the two friendship/romantic aspect becomes tedious... when in all reality your not even sure if you want the two to be separated..I'm not seeking instructions... but I dont believe ppl realize a SP can be a gift and a curse... you have that person who literally would do the world for you... but when feelings get involved and friendship is still prevalent you also get situations where your bending more to accommodate each other or maybe only one is bending.. granted they're still two great people but the situation itself makes it unlike a regular relationship... I hope this made sense... if not u know where to fine me lol :O)
I dont know if u are still accepting questions, but this is mine. As a "vet"(in my opinion) in the "game" what is some advice you would give to a "newbie". I know this blog is simply for you to post whatever u feel, but if you could address this in a blog post I would really appreciate it. Kinda like the format you did the 10 rules for customers at a strip club. I'm thinking about becoming a shake dancer to pay for school, and I would appreciate any advice or helpful tips. Thank u. Congratulations on your book deal.
How do you get your bikini area lighter? Due to hair removal, my bikini and underarm areas have darkened.
